It is proposed that the Pioneer Engineering SEZ, would comprise of a processing area to the tune of 70% of the total project area of 250 acres and balance 30% will be developed as a non-processing area comprising of commercial and residential zones. Processing would be developed as a large industrial zone comprising of plots of sizes ranging from 1000, 2000, 4000, Square Meters & above. It has been further planned to develop built-up shells in the multi-storied format with a covered area ranging from 3,500 sq. ft. to 5,000 sq. ft. so that small entrepreneurs are provided factory space on a hassle free and ready-to-use basis.
